Drag an exercise to the training field and drop it in an available location.
Some exercises take a little bit of room and other exercises take a lot of room.
Drag an available trainer and drop it on the exercise.
If the trainer doesn't know the exercise, you can't drop him on the exercise.
Drag and drop the players that need to perform the exercise. The exercise will automatically start when the exercise conditions are met.
If an exercise completed, you can restart the same exercise with the same trainer and players.
Select the exercise and the Restart option should be visible and clickable on the right of the exercise.
You can also restart all exercises using the Restart All button at the top left of the training field.
When an exercise completes, the player's improvement results will be shown.
For players the strength improvements are shown in %. 100% improvement is 1 strength point improved.
You can also see the player's Fitness decrease and the Morale increase.

Instead of dragging a single player to the training exercises, you can also drag a group of players.
Drag the header of a group to drag all available players. The available players at the top of the group will be dropped first.
You can change the display of all players to group by Setup, Reserves and Other or to group by player type.
On the training tab select the Display button on the right of the Menu button.
Managing the exercises on the training field requires some planning to make everything fit on the training field.
